At Cosplay Shoes, all our footwear is made-to-order, meaning they are crafted specifically for you once you place an order. This bespoke process ensures optimal quality, as each item is individually produced, facilitating design diversity and minimizing overproduction for environmental sustainability—a win-win for everyone, including our planet. Consequently, please allow approximately 8–12 business days for production before dispatch. Shipping time varies by destination and shipping method; please refer to the estimated transit times listed below. Carrier Information
Our primary shipping service is CNE Express, although alternative carriers may be used for areas not serviced by CNE. Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout, with shipping countries selected during this process. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges may vary depending on the destination. Any taxes or duties collected at checkout will be shown before payment; otherwise, applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We aim to dispatch approved orders promptly in the order they are received. A tracking link will be provided alongside your shipment confirmation as soon as your package departs from our warehouse.
Customs and Duties
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred upon the arrival of your item(s) in your country/region. By purchasing from us, you agree to receive one or more packages that may be subject to customs fees upon their arrival.
Shipping Fee
The main challenge with international shipping lies in the logistics costs, especially given the significant weight variance among different types of footwear. Shipping fees for individual products can be found on each product page, though purchasing multiple items will not substantially increase the shipping costs.

Shipping and Handling
Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Please be aware that your order will undergo processing for production, packaging, and dispatch to the address you have provided us with. We commit to the following delivery times:
- In-stock products ordered before 10 AM Beijing Time will be shipped the same day.
- Custom footwear, depending on complexity, have a production time of 8-12 business days.
- Made-to-measure custom orders require pattern making, sampling, and customer confirmation of the sample before production, with a production cycle of 14-40 days.

VAT and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not collected by us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
