Fraud Prevention
Cosplay Shoes takes fraud prevention seriously. We reserve the right to flag any online order for fraud prevention purposes, which may result in processing delays. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate contact information to avoid such delays. Orders with inconsistent information may also experience processing delays. Flagged orders may be withheld from processing pending clarification. Orders from new customers making above-average dollar amount purchases may be authorized to ship only to the billing address provided. Orders placed using unsupported or international credit card information may require confirmation of authorization.

Indemnification

Termination

Cosplay Shoes may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and accordingly may deny you access to the Site if, in Cosplay Shoes’ sole judgment, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Cosplay Shoes, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
